Alison Dunbar | Associate Attorney
Alison Dunbar grew up in Sandpoint and is pleased to serve her hometown community with Sandpoint Law. Alison specializes in real estate transactions and litigation, business transactions and litigation, and water law. Alison’s real estate practice includes boundary line and easement disputes, quieting title, and homeowner’s association issues. She also serves as general counsel for her business clients, providing employment, contract, derivative, and collections advisement, including collections on foreign judgments.
Growing up in Sandpoint, Alison participated in the local 4-H program and attended Sandpoint High School. She attended The Evergreen State College, where she earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree, and earned her law degree at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Alison serves on the board of the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce, and chairs the Chamber’s Panhandle Young Professionals committee, and volunteers with Idaho Conservation League. Alison is a board member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers’ Association, and serves as the chair of the Women’s’ Caucus within ITLA.
